cable company can tell that someone is using your TV signal?
This happened to my new apartment. The apartment used Internet have only a cable company. Then found this coaxial blocker, so he tried to remove the block, then we find that we can see everything that (beyond the channel 75) with no table, LCD TV with a digital tuner. I want to know that if the company never knows if we take its cue .. I know it sounds weird .. but we are curious .... and this is for our education.
They can not really say remotely. However, if for some reason, a technician has to make a personal visit, which will have cable connections and filters. If any, they may take action.
