What you need:

1. An Xbox 360
2. Windows Vista with Vista Media Center
3. A subscription to Netflix
4. The plugin freeware vmcNetflix

Step 1: Configure your Xbox as a Media Center Extender

If you configured your Xbox 360 as Media Center Extender, you can skip this step. Unless you're already using your Windows PC as the seat of power of Media Center and have a tuner card installed in your machine Windows, you probably have not had much reason to set up your Xbox as an extender. With vmcNetflix, you have a great reason.

Microsoft already provides instructions detailed to set the 360 as a Media Center Extender, so here's the short version. Start your Xbox 360, the head of the Media blade, and select Media Center. Since there have already created an extender, the Xbox will walk you through the installation process between Xbox and PC. The Xbox will generate an eight digit code to authenticate the connection between the two. Then you need to start Media Center on your PC, go to Tasks -> Add Extender, and fill in the blanks in the wizard configuration with eight-digit code when prompted.

Step 2: Install the plug-in vmcNetflix

Now that the Xbox is set to an extender for Vista Media Center, which is ready to download and install the plug-in vmcNetflix. Just download the latest plugin on your site and go through the installer.

Step 3: Set Watch instantly on your PC

Before you can listen Watch videos instantly to your 360 extender, you need to make sure your PC is ready Watch Instantly for first. Netflix If you've seen videos on this machine using the View feature instant, you can skip this step.
