I recently purchased a new Samsung 37in LCD TV 1080p 60Hz. I spoke with DirecTV and MDU (supporting the creation of live in the satellite) and they assured me that I can get high definition for a price. Today I was told that my building is not updated to receive HD signal. I'm very sad! I put the TV on my dresser and the picture is horrible! I have a 36 inch tube Sony flat screen and the picture is beautiful compared with my new TV. I do not know what to do now. I set all the settings (contrast, brightness, etc.) and is still terrible. Now I can not get the HD box, which should I take? A 32 in the better way? I think it may be too close to the television and having no HD may soon be seen. Perhaps a smaller screen will improve the image, what do I do guys? Help!
If you do not get a digital signal, then no benefit of HDTV. In fact, you can look worse than the standard tube. I would like to return since you paid a sum of money to an image unacceptable.

Unless you go right to sit close, 720p is more than enough for a 32-inch TV. to 5-7 meters, I could see the difference between 1080 and 720 photos online.

I suggest you get the Dish HD service. Also, be sure to connect the PS3 with a cable HDMI for high definition images. You can watch Blu Ray on the PS3. It must be converted to regular DVDs look great too.

VGA and DVI does not carry sound signals. If you use a DVI-HDMI adapter, then still need to connect the audio lines. Also feed the headphones or line output from your PC output jacks on the TV online (usually red and white jacks phoo). Do not feed the computer speaker outputs directly in the audio input jacks of the televison or you will get a horrible noise, followed by damage to the electronics of the TV. Vista has some pretty strange features. Make sure that has not silenced all the computer's audio inputs and outputs. You'll have to go to "Control Panel" and check the audio settings.

I purchased this HDTV 3 weeks and so far I have not been disappointed. Before this TV, I had a period fifteen years, Toshiba has begun to emerge. A few months ago, I began to look around different Samsung (I knew I wanted a Samsung, because of its reputation high definition television) are some I've seen, but I was particularly pleased with the price. Finally, a few months after my old TV started hesitant, I started seeing the new HD-TV. I found this set at Best Buy 899. A few days later, I saw at Circuit City 799. After a few minutes of thinking, I ordered online and it did. I have DirecTV (no HD yet) and I also bought an HD DVD converter (also Samsung). Although regular TV is not perfect, but it looks very good. DVD Converter is also very good. Very satisfied with the television and I can not wait for the programming High Definition.
After much research, settled on this LCD TV. I was not disappointed! The table attached to my coax from my service satellite and the best picture has emerged. The colors are spectacular and the sound is loud and clear. The black box with the speakers on a sound basis for research in the television.
