Can you get the audio through your TV with HDMI cable only?

Hello everyone I was wondering if HD equipment (in this case, the Playstation 3) can produce as well as audio through the HDMI cable. I ask because I use the HDMI cable for high definition output through the television. So I just changing the TV mode "DVI", would be able to get both audio and video? If not, how exactly you get audio? For example, using Cable gives you 3 component video jacks and 2 stereo audio (red and white one). You can get the video and audio through the TV. In the case of an HDMI cable, real is the only outlet. Anybody know? Thank you.

Yes HDMI carries both audio and video, however, if your TV has only a DVI port, then you need a separate audio cable for audio.

Why dose the digital channels sometimes midstream delay of the broadcast?

My plasma TV is a Sanyo 2008 and I resently bought digital antenna (DB4 antenna Bowties) Why dose this happen? We also have separated the signal from HDTV to another, the dose of any affect? What can I do to solve the problem? would be an amplifier work?

If the delay means that pauses and then continues has a weak signal condition on the channel you are trying to view. The division of the antenna signal into two TV series reduces the signal of 1 / 2. How much power can be drawn from a light switch.?

Im in the process of mounting a LCD TV and its components, such as game console, DVD player, and such. The components will be in an av rack floating in the middle of the wall, the only source of energy would be the light switch may 3 feet that controls a ceiling fan. My question is, would you be able to safely pull the power switch and connect the TV and components to it without further load the circuit.

NO .... NO! ... NOOOOOO !!!!!!!!! OMG NO. give this idea up before even starting ... 90% of the switches are only the "HOT" broken leg and feed the light with the nuetral and earth is already in the light. Even if you happen to have a feeding complete, nuetral and ground wire fixed at the switch, what your question is totally against the NEC (National Electrical Code)
