no sound through PC LCD TV?
I brought a Samsung TV 40 inch LCD connected to your PC into picture was fine but no sound, so I took changed by a 46-inch Sharp still no sound. So far I connecred via DVI to VGA, DVI to HDMI via a 3.5mm jack on both cases have not yet worked fine on my old plasma ideas Vista operating system is adjusted and disorderly About PC and TV settings please help
VGA and DVI does not carry sound signals. If you use a DVI-HDMI adapter, then still need to connect the audio lines. Also feed the headphones or line output from your PC output jacks on the TV online (usually red and white jacks phoo). Do not feed the computer speaker outputs directly in the audio input jacks of the televison or you will get a horrible noise, followed by damage to the electronics of the TV. Vista has some pretty strange features. Make sure that has not silenced all the computer's audio inputs and outputs. You'll have to go to "Control Panel" and check the audio settings.
