Need help with the carpet and the color choices on the wall?
I'm in the process of moving into a new apartment, and I am casting a new carpet and painting the walls in the living room. I have a loveseat natural color natural and two chairs from Ikea, black coffee table and side tables brown and a black TV stand. I was thinking of a carpet of brown (not too dark) with a light beige for the walls. Maybe some red accents. What you think? I am a 28 year old bachelor, so I'm not looking to make the color scheme seems too old-fashioned, so I just wanted some ideas for you. Thank you.
I think you know what you're doing! This plan you have, sounds great. Remain neutral on the walls, furniture and floors forever is a good plan. Your accessories can add the extra punch of color who are looking for. You can use any style and color of the prints to hang on the walls, because is neutral.
