Is it bad if a flat screen LCD television has no contrast ratio?

I am not comparing 2 TVs and cheaper contrast ratio and not expensive. What a contrast ratio Improta and how?

Contrast Ratio offers many levels of black and white (or contrast) can be created in a TV ...... A contrast ratio of 2: 1 will give ..... Black and white only .... A contrast ratio of 800: 1, the proportion is less than what you'll never find on TV is 4 years ... . 1000:1 is good ..... 3000: 1 is in the best billboard today there ..... and any number of above 3000: 1 increased electrically to the TV to make it look better .... that helps, but the best thing to do is actually watch TV and see if you think the image is big or not .....
