Can someone explain what is better than a plasma TV or LCD and why? comparison of price and performance?

Buy LCD ... Most are HD ready, compatible with a PC via the VGA input, have a longer life than plasma, the images do not burn like a plasma screen, without annoying buzzing noise as in the case of plasmas and constantly falling prices!
