Voice Inversion is a method of encoding systems to hide the contents of a transmission. Sometimes used in the public service radio, car racing, cordless phones and the Radio Service of the Family. Without a decoder, the transmission makes the speaker sound like "Donald Duck". It's called "reverse speech", but the technique works in the passband of the information and thus can apply to any information you transmit.
There are several forms of investment of voice that provide different levels of security. We propose a new coding system and the key distribution scheme. The encryption system is used in combination ordinary encryption techniques to protect digital video streams of unauthorized persons. A hash function generator and a pseudo-random numbers are used to prepare the video stream before being encrypted. The proposed system helps to reduce computational time and complexity while providing the same level of security as video stream encryption. Moreover, the proposed plan of safe key distribution can be used with any system, coding for example with our coding system. By using the Chinese remainder theorem (CRT) for the distribution of the parameters in the encoding process, system security can be increased. Furthermore, our scheme can prevent two common problems, namely smart card cloning and McCormac Hack.
