I bought a vizio 32 inch 1080p tv and the channels are showing up to 480p, how do I change this?

most likely not be. This is how they are being transmitted. Most TVs will automatically pick up the signal and 1080 show. if not is there, then there is no way to do something in 1080 that was not first,
